HTML5 allows you to play audio directly through browser (without Flash etc.).
It allows you also create your own sound.
You can even draw this sound.

Generation audio samples and files is done by great jsfx library developed by Egon Elbre.
Tested on Firefox 4b11, Chrome 10.0.648.82 and Opera 11.01.
